Papers, presentations and workshop/tutorial sessions
Authors are invited to submit either papers, presentations, or workshop and tutorial sessions within the technical areas of the conference.
Papers
Papers shall be technical and scientific original contributions on all EMC-related aspects within the topics of the conference (see homepage), intended especially for academia and research. The initial submissions will be a 2 to 4 pages paper using the following paper IEEE template. The technical and scientific contents of the papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the conference and checked for plagiarism using the IEEE CrossCheck portal. The final version shall be the revised 2 to 4 pages paper that will be included in the proceedings without transfer of copyright.

Presentations
Presentations shall be a NEW option in this conference, meant for authors and speakers wishing to communicate and share specific technical or scientific original work within the topics of the conference (see homepage), without having to write and submit a 2 to 4 page paper. The presentation proposals, containing at least 10 slides with no imposed template, shall describe the main objectives, approaches, results and conclusions, and will be reviewed by the conference organizing committee. The presentations will be included in the proceedings without transfer of copyright.

Workshops and tutorials
Workshops and tutorials shall be technical and scientific sessions covering practical insights for newcomers, updates for seasoned professionals, and in-depth explorations of topical subjects within the topics of the conference (see homepage). The program of the workshop and/or tutorial proposals shall be submitted using the following session template and will be reviewed by the conference organizing committee. The organizer of the workshop or tutorial session, in his role of chairman, shall be in charge of the agenda of the session, the selection of the speakers and the subject of their presentations. The presentations will not go through the conference reviewing process, but left to the reviewing of the chairman. If wished by the speakers, the final versions of the presentations can be included in the proceedings before March 27th, 2026 without transfer of copyright.
