Visa
Visas and Travel to the UK
Delegates travelling to the conference from outside the United Kingdom may require a visa or other travel permission to enter the UK. Requirements vary depending on nationality, length of stay, and the purpose of travel.
We strongly recommend that all international participants check the UK entry requirements as early as possible to allow sufficient time for visa applications, if required
Do I need a visa?
Some visitors can travel to the UK without a visa, while others may need to apply for a Standard Visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) prior to travel. Official guidance on UK entry requirements can be found on the UK Government website.
Invitation letters
If you require a visa to attend the conference, you may need a formal invitation letter as part of your application. Registered delegates will be able to request an invitation letter after completing conference registration.
Please note that the conference organisers are unable to provide advice on individual visa cases or liaise with embassies or immigration authorities on behalf of delegates.
Responsibility of delegates
It is the responsibility of each delegate to:
-
Determine whether a visa or travel authorisation is required
-
Apply for the appropriate visa or permission in good time
-
Ensure their passport is valid for the duration of travel
The conference organisers cannot accept responsibility for travel arrangements or visa outcomes.
For the most up-to-date and authoritative information, please consult the official UK Government immigration and visa guidance.
